1. Scope and current services

Da Silva Athletics presents a catalog of supplements, protein snacks, training apparel, accessories, and collectibles. The site includes informational pages, locally hosted images and videos, product browsing controls, a browser-based cart, and a contact form.

The contact form delivers inquiries to our business inbox. The current site does not create customer accounts, accept orders, process payments, or provide a personalized fitness or health service. These site terms do not replace the purchase, delivery, cancellation, or return terms that would be needed for a future transaction.

Use the site lawfully and review these terms and the Privacy Policy before entering information or relying on its content. If you do not wish to use the site under the applicable conditions described here, you can stop using it. These terms operate only to the extent permitted and enforceable under applicable law.

2. Product concepts and information

Product imagery, packaging, films, colors, styling, and specifications may represent concepts or mockups rather than a manufactured item ready for sale. A displayed color can vary with your device and screen. Browsing a gallery or selecting a size or seam color does not reserve a variant or guarantee availability.

The catalog includes Creatine + Protein, Cherry Plate Pops, the Brigadeiro Protein Collection, the Compression Tee, Oversized Zip Jacket, and Wristband Keychain. Final formulas, serving information, allergens, materials, dimensions, care instructions, fit, and size charts must be confirmed for the specific finished product.

Nutrition, caffeine, and protein information in product imagery or descriptions is subject to confirmation in final product labeling. Do not use preliminary information to make a medical, allergy, dietary, dosage, or competition-eligibility decision. Product titles and marketing descriptions do not establish safety testing, certification, regulatory approval, or guaranteed results.

We may revise concepts and correct content as development progresses. Any actual sale must describe the item being sold and cannot rely on a general statement here to override applicable accuracy or consumer-protection requirements.

3. Pre-orders, prices, and checkout

“Pre-order” labels currently describe the intended product launch. Displayed USD prices and cart totals are examples; final sale prices are still being confirmed. Cart subtotals exclude taxes and shipping. Clicking a product, selecting a size or color, adding or changing an item in the cart, or sending an availability inquiry does not place an order, reserve stock, form a purchase contract, or authorize a charge.

The cart saves product selections, quantities, selected apparel sizes (S, M, L, or XL), and selected Compression Tee seam colors locally in your browser. It has no backend checkout and does not send selections to the business or an order processor. The Privacy Policy explains how the cart is saved, how to clear it, and its limitations on shared devices or when browser storage is unavailable.

Checkout is not currently available and no payment processor is connected. The website does not request card numbers, expiry dates, or security codes. Product availability and launch questions can be sent through the contact form.

Before any real checkout is enabled, the business must provide the seller’s identity and contact details, the final price and currency, applicable taxes and fees, available payment methods, relevant product details, and the terms of the transaction. A future charge or order must be expressly authorized through that checkout. The current site does not establish a recurring payment or subscription.

4. Shipping, cancellations, and returns

The current catalog does not promise a shipment date, shipping service, geographic delivery area, return window, or refund schedule. No item is shipped and no funds are taken through the current forms.

Any future pre-order or purchase must present its fulfillment estimate, shipping costs, delay process, cancellation rights, and return or refund terms before payment. Product-specific restrictions, if lawful, must be clearly disclosed. Nothing on this page removes a mandatory right to a refund, cancellation, remedy for faulty goods, or other protection under applicable law.

5. Supplement, food, and training information

Training and product content is general information. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, an individual nutrition plan, or a recommendation that a supplement is appropriate for you. No result in strength, conditioning, body composition, recovery, or athletic performance is guaranteed.

Speak with a qualified health professional before using a dietary supplement, particularly if you take medication, have a health condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are considering use by a minor. Read the final product label, ingredient and allergen information, directions, and warnings. Do not infer that an ingredient, serving size, or caffeine amount on a concept page is suitable for you.

6. Apparel, accessories, and collectibles

Apparel fit, compression characteristics, fabric composition, care instructions, and final sizing are still subject to confirmation. A displayed compression garment is not represented as a medical device or protective equipment.

Accessories and collectibles should not be assumed suitable for food contact, load-bearing exercise, impact protection, use by children, or another purpose that has not been specified and verified for a finished product. Follow the actual product’s instructions and warnings if a finished item becomes available.

7. Acceptable website use

You may browse the site for lawful personal information and evaluation. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, disrupt service, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or abusive content, or collect personal information about other visitors without authority.

Do not use site materials to falsely imply an affiliation, endorsement, safety certification, or authorized resale relationship. Automated access must respect applicable law and must not impair the service. These conditions do not prohibit an activity that applicable law protects or requires us to allow.

8. Website materials and intellectual property

The Da Silva Athletics name, logos, designs, written content, and product media may be protected by intellectual-property rights held by the relevant owners or licensors. Browsing does not transfer ownership or grant a commercial license to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use those materials as your own branding.

Ordinary browser caching and lawful personal viewing are permitted. Uses allowed by applicable law, including any relevant fair-use or other statutory exception, are not restricted by a claim here. Third-party names and resources remain subject to their owners’ rights. For other uses, obtain permission from the appropriate rights holder.

9. Contact interfaces and privacy

The contact form accepts product questions, order or pre-order questions, apparel sizing questions, and other inquiries. Messages are delivered through Web3Forms to officiallucasdasilva@gmail.com. A successful result confirms acceptance by the delivery service, not that a person has read the message, accepted a legal notice, or agreed to a request. If an error appears, your message remains in the form so you can retry or email us directly.

Provide an email address you can receive replies at and submit only information you are authorized to share. Do not include confidential, sensitive, or real payment information. The Privacy Policy explains contact-message processing, retention, the delivery providers, and local cart storage.

10. Availability, corrections, and external resources

The site and its content may be revised, temporarily interrupted, or unavailable during maintenance or for technical reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or that every concept detail is complete. We may correct mistakes and remove outdated material.

External links provide additional information and have their own terms and policies. A link does not by itself establish an endorsement or business relationship. We cannot control another provider’s website or promises.
