Da Silva Athletics / Privacy
Privacy policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026
This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the Da Silva Athletics website, browse our training apparel, supplements, snacks, accessories, and collectibles, or interact with the features currently available.
1. Who and what this policy covers
Da Silva Athletics is the brand presenting this website. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the operator of this site. This policy covers the current website, including its product catalog, product detail pages, media galleries, browser-based cart, and contact form.
The contact form delivers inquiries to our business inbox through Web3Forms. The current site does not provide customer accounts, an order database, a newsletter subscription, or payment processing. If those services are introduced, this policy and the relevant collection notices will be updated to explain the actual information collected and the providers involved.
2. Information handled during a visit
Website delivery and security
The site is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare. As part of delivering pages, images, and videos and protecting its network, Cloudflare can process technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested page or asset, browser and device information sent with the request, and network routing and security information. Referring-page information may also be sent by your browser.
This information supports website delivery, reliability, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. It is separate from information typed into a form. The site does not currently maintain its own customer database or install an advertising or visitor-tracking analytics script.
Contact inquiries
When you press “Send message” on the Contact page, your name, email address, selected topic, and message are sent to Web3Forms and delivered to officiallucasdasilva@gmail.com. The submission includes its time, a randomly generated inquiry reference, and the Contact page address. Web3Forms also processes technical information needed for delivery and spam prevention, such as your IP address and browser request information.
Product pages do not collect a shipping address or payment details. Do not include card numbers, security codes, medical information, government identifiers, or other sensitive information in a contact message. Browser autofill, extensions, screenshots, and device features can retain or expose information independently of this website.
3. How information is used
The current technical processing is for serving the website and its media, maintaining availability, identifying technical errors, and preventing malicious traffic. It is not used by a site-installed advertising system to profile you or target ads.
Contact details and messages are used to receive, organize, and respond to your inquiry and to prevent spam or abuse. Your email address is used as the reply address so we can respond directly. Sending an inquiry does not add you to a marketing mailing list, reserve a product, or create an order.
Where a privacy law requires a legal basis for technical processing, the basis depends on that law and the circumstances, including legitimate interests in operating and securing the site or compliance with applicable legal duties. Any future collection requiring consent will need its own appropriate notice and choice.
4. Cookies, local storage, and media
The current website code does not set advertising cookies. It does not use a third-party embedded video player; product films and images are delivered as site assets through Cloudflare.
The cart stores product IDs, quantities, selected apparel sizes (S, M, L, or XL), and selected Compression Tee seam colors in your browser’s local storage under the key dasilva-cart-v1. This lets the cart persist across reloads and pages on the same website origin. It does not store your name, email, address, or payment details. Cart contents are not sent to Da Silva Athletics or an order processor, and there is no backend checkout.
Anyone using the same browser profile on a shared device may see the saved cart. Use “Clear cart” to remove the saved cart, or clear this website’s data in your browser. If local storage is unavailable, selections are held only for the current visit and may be lost when you leave or reload.
Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies when its protection features require them. Their use depends on the protection features actually active for a visit. Your browser can also cache website files and save form values through its own settings.
You can manage cookies, cached files, autofill, and saved site data in your browser. Clearing site data may remove values saved by your browser or an earlier version of the site. There is no installed advertising feature to opt out of. If optional tracking is added, this policy and any legally required consent controls will be updated first.
5. Providers and other disclosures
Cloudflare processes network and service information needed to host, deliver, and protect the site. Its role and practices are described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy, including the sections concerning end users of customer websites.
Web3Forms processes contact submissions for delivery and spam prevention. Its Privacy Policy describes its infrastructure and spam-filtering providers. Notification emails are delivered to our Gmail inbox, where Google processes and stores email under its Privacy Policy.
We do not sell contact entries, share them with advertising partners, or send them to an order or payment provider. Disclosure may also be necessary in response to a valid legal requirement, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a lawful business transfer subject to appropriate privacy safeguards. This does not authorize a use inconsistent with the collection notice or applicable law.
6. Retention and deletion
Contact submissions are stored in Web3Forms and emailed to our business inbox. The form currently uses a three-year maximum retention period for records in Web3Forms, subject to earlier deletion. Email copies have a separate retention period based on responding to the inquiry, ongoing business needs, and applicable legal obligations; deleting a Web3Forms record does not automatically delete its email copy. You can request deletion using the contact details below.
The site does not create order, shipping-address, or payment records. Values visible in the contact form may remain in an open tab or be restored by your browser; clear the fields or saved browser data to remove local values. Cloudflare’s technical and security records are retained according to the services, settings, purposes, and legal requirements that apply to them.
Saved cart selections remain in your browser until you remove them with “Clear cart” or clear this website’s stored data. They are local product selections, not a business-held order record.
7. Security and international processing
The live site is delivered over HTTPS. This protects data in transit between your browser and the service, but no internet service or device can be guaranteed completely secure. Please keep your browser and device current and do not place confidential information in the contact form.
Cloudflare, Web3Forms, and Google use infrastructure that may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Web3Forms operates from India and uses infrastructure in multiple regions. The providers’ privacy policies describe their international processing and relevant safeguards. We do not promise that all hosting or contact information remains in one country.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
You may browse without entering information in a form and can control cookies, storage, and autofill through your browser. The current site has no account to close, mailing list to unsubscribe from, or completed purchase record to retrieve.
Depending on your location, the laws that apply, and the information actually held, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to processing, to withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or to complain to a relevant privacy regulator. These rights can have exceptions and verification requirements. This policy does not claim that every privacy law applies to this site or limit a right that does apply.
No site-installed system sells personal information, conducts targeted advertising, or performs automated decisions with significant legal effects. The current site therefore has no such activity for a “Do Not Track” or similar browser preference to opt out of. Any future feature subject to a legally required opt-out signal must respect the applicable requirements.
Use the contact information below to make a privacy request. Include enough detail for us to identify the relevant inquiry, but do not send identity documents or other sensitive information unless an appropriate verification process is arranged.
9. Children and sensitive information
The site is not directed at children under 13 and does not provide a children’s account service. We do not ask visitors to supply a child’s personal information or health details. The contact form is not a means to provide parental consent or medical information.
If you believe a child’s personal information has been submitted, contact us using the details below so we can review the report and address it as required by applicable law.
10. Links and policy changes
An external resource has its own privacy practices. Review the destination’s policy before supplying information there; this policy does not govern another website.
The date at the top identifies this version. Material changes to how the site collects or uses personal information will be described in an updated policy and, where legally required, through an additional notice or consent request. An update does not remove rights that already apply to previously collected information.
11. Privacy questions and requests
Send privacy questions or requests to officiallucasdasilva@gmail.com or use the Contact page with the subject “Other.” A successful form result confirms acceptance by the delivery service; it does not guarantee that your request has already been reviewed by a person.
Requests concerning a provider’s own processing may also be directed through the contacts in its privacy policy. That does not replace a request that applicable law requires the site operator to handle.
